About the Event

WHEN: Saturday, November 12 thru Sunday, November 13, 2022 

WHERE: Timberline Restaurant,  16440 4th Street, Guerneville, CA 95446 

                  Note: Local accommodations are available at a reduced rate. Inquire if interested. 

SHOW HOURS: Saturday 10 am - 4 pm

                                  Sunday 10 am - 3 pm.   

SET-UP TIMES: Friday, November 11, 1 – 7 PM.

EARLY APPLICATIONS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!  Fee is $50 per space if application is received by August 17, 2022 OR $75 if received by Saturday, Sept 17, 2022 OR SPACE WILL NOT BE HELD.  Applicants will be notified via email by Friday, September 30 if accepted to the show.  Applicants may be accepted earlier. Payments can be made by check, money order or credit card.  Payments due within 7 days of acceptance to the show.  Late/non- payments will result in loss of space in the show.  

SPACE SIZES: Most spaces accommodate 8’ indoor tables. There are also a limited number of larger outdoor spaces. The outdoor areas would be limited to pottery, garden items and the like which could withstand the weather. Some tables are available for rent and will be allotted in the order requests are received. Cost is additional $20 for a 6’ table and a chair. You should provide your own display props. NAILING OR TACKING to walls will not be permitted. If you have specific needs (electrical outlet, bringing your own set-up, etc.), please inform us before the show. WiFi WILL be available. Outdoor spaces canopy space will be available.

ELIGIBILITY: This is a juried show. All work must be vetted and approved in advance. All work must be original. No commercially or mass-produced manufactured items allowed. Exceptions must be approved prior to show.

Applicants must submit a minimum of 3 photos for consideration in the show. See details in application.     

REQUIREMENTS:

1. A $50 (or $75 late enrollment) non-refundable fee will be charged for each space. 

2. This is a juried show. In order to achieve a mix of items, vendors will need to submit photos and descriptions of merchandise in advance. 

3. Each vendor is required to have a valid California State Board of Equalization Seller’s Permit. 

4. All vendors must participate both days. No single day vendors will be accepted. 

5. Each vendor is required to donate 2 items to River Arts (min total value of $25). One item will be raffled off during the

craft show and the second item will be held for future fundraising events to benefit River Arts. 

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Handle your own sales. 

2. Provide adequate staffing of your booth. 

3. Collect and remit sales tax.
